You will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada and drive to Luxor by air-conditioned deluxe vehicle (almost 04:00 hours’ drive). Upon your arrival at Luxor, you will be accompanied by your private Egyptologist guide to visit the famous Karnak Temple the largest religious building ever constructed. It is a city of temples built over 2,000 years. Enjoy walking along the avenue of sphinxes, the obelisks. See the awesome Hypostyle Hall, housing 134 columns then walk to see the great scarab beetle next to the sacred lake.

Enjoy Lunch at a good quality local restaurant, move on to visit the West Bank of the river Nile, you will have a brief photo stop at the colossi of Memnon, marks the site of the funerary temple of Amenhotep III.

Then you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the burial place of the ancient Egyptian pharaohs. Visit 3 of these richly decorated tombs used as burial site during the new kingdom (1550 – 1080 BC. Whilst here, you can visit Tutankhamun and Ramses 6 tomb (extra ticket on spot).

Continue to explore the temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari. Hatshepsuit temple is one of the most beautiful temples in Egypt built at the bottom of al Qurn mountain cliff. After finished, transfer to your hotel in Luxor.

At the early morning you will be picked up and transfer to Luxor International Airport for flight to Cairo where you will be met and transferred to visit the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. Beholding these legendary structures up close lets you appreciate their stone masonry and awe-inspiring architectural precision. Move on to visit the Valley Temple of king Chephren and then the great Sphinx.

Enjoy lunch at local restaurant. Proceed to visit the Egyptian Museum of antiquities, home to the most impressive collection of Egyptian artefacts. The Museum houses an unbelievable exhibit depicting ancient Egypt’s glorious reign. Mummies, sarcophagi, pottery, jewellery and of course King Tutankhamen’s treasures, it’s all there.

Move on to visit Coptic Cairo to visit the famed Hanging Church, a place of Orthodox worship and one of the oldest churches in Egypt. Next, walk to Abu Serga, known formally as Saints Sergius and Bacchus Church. This place has great significance as it is believed to be the spot where the Holy Family spent time during their journey in Egypt. Walk to Ben Ezra synagogue, which is the reputed location of Moses’ discovery as a baby. Continue driving to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar. Finally you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight back to Hurghada then transfer to your hotel.
