You will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada and drive by your private vehicle to Luxor (almost 04:00 hours’ drive). Upon arrival, you will be accompanied by your tour guide to visit the famous Karnak Temple, the largest religious building ever constructed. It is a city of temples built over 2,000 years. Enjoy walking along the avenue of sphinxes, the obelisks. See the awesome Hypostyle Hall, housing 134 columns then walk to see the great scarab beetle next to the sacred lake.

Enjoy Lunch at a good quality local restaurant, move on to visit the West Bank of the river Nile, you will have a brief photo stop at the colossi of Memnon, marks the site of the funerary temple of Amenhotep III.

Proceed to visit the Valley of the Kings, the burial place of the ancient Egyptian pharaohs. Visit 3 of these richly decorated tombs used as burial site during the new kingdom (1550 – 1080 BC. Whilst here, you can visit Tutankhamun and Ramses 6 tomb (extra ticket on spot).

Continue to explore Hatshepsut temple at El Deir El Bahari, one of the most beautiful temples in Egypt built at the bottom of al Qurna mountain cliff. Later on, transfer to Luxor Train Station. Catch your first class seated train for the 3-hour ride to Aswan. On arrival, pick up and transfer to your hotel in Aswan and overnight

In the early morning, pick up and drive to see the magnificent Temples of Ramesses II at Abu Simbel, guarding the entrance to the temple are 4 colossal seated statues of the pharaoh himself. These temples overlook Lake Nasser and are made up of the Great Temple of Rameses II and the Temple of Hathor. After visiting the temple complex, transfer back to your hotel in Aswan & Overnight.

In the morning, start to visit the unfinished obelisk, located in Aswan granite quarry. The unfinished obelisk gives an excellent idea about the mason work techniques in ancient Egypt.

Proceed to visit Aswan high dam, a rock fill dam built across the mountain in Aswan, considered a marvel of modern engineering when completed in 1970s.

Then travel by motorboat to visit Philae Temple Island. The main temple was dedicated to goddess Isis of Magic and Medicine in ancient Egypt. Rising from the waters of the Nile on the Island of Philae, it was the last temple built in the classical Egyptian style.

Later on, transfer to Aswan Train Station. Catch your first class seated train for the 3-hour ride to Luxor. On arrival, pick up and transfer to your hotel in Hurghada.
