Welcome to Cairo, Egypt! Once you arrive at Cairo International Airport, your representative will meet, assist in customs and transfer to your hotel. Once arrived, check in and the rest of the day is free to settle and relax after your journey or If you arrive early you may like to take an evening sound and light show at the pyramids or enjoy a fantastic dinner cruise on the Nile (both available to book locally on arrival).

Breakfast at the hotel, start your tours in Cairo at the Giza plateau where you will visit the Pyramids of Giza. Giza plateau is home of the three Pyramid of Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus. The three Pyramids were constructed in 4th-dynasty (c. 2575–c. 2465 BC). In ancient times they were included among the Seven Wonders of the World. Explore the pyramids and learn about their fascinating history as you walk in the footsteps of the pharaohs. Whilst here, you can visit inside the great pyramid or the solar boat museum (extra ticket on spot). Drive to the Valley Temple and the Great Sphinx.
Head out to Memphis, capital of ancient Egypt. Memphis archaeological zone was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979. Today there are little left in the oldest city but still can see an open air museum of antiquities. See the statue of Ramses II, which once adorned the great temple of Ptah, the Alabaster Sphinx of Memphis and more
Continue to Saqqara, home of the world-famous Step pyramid of Djoser. That was the oldest complete stone building complex known in history, built during the Third Dynasty of ancient Egypt.
Optional: Pyramids sound and light show, experience the iconic pyramids and the great Sphinx at night as they are lit with dancing lasers and visuals.

Breakfast at the hotel, today your Egyptologist tour guide will pick you up to visit the Egyptian Museum, housing the world’s most valuable collection of the whole history of Egyptian civilization, especially of the Pharaonic and Greco-Roman periods. The collection includes the solid-gold mask that was discovered from the tomb of pharaoh Tutankhamun. Other treasures include reliefs, sarcophagi, papyri, funerary art, jewelry, ornaments of all kinds, and other objects.
Head out to visit the Cairo Citadel of Saladin, a medieval Islamic-era, built by sultan Saladin in 1176. You will explore the Mohamed Ali Mosque, due to its prominent features. The Mosque, along with the citadel, is one of the landmarks and tourist attractions of Cairo and is one of the first features to be seen when approaching the city from any direction.
Proceed to visit Coptic Cairo, a part of Old Cairo where you will explore the Babylon fortress, the Hanging Church, the St. Sergius and Bacchus Church (Abu Serga), it is believed in Christian tradition that the Holy Family visited this area and stayed at the Church.
Get to know more of the Egyptian capital culture with a tour of Khan el Khalili bazaar, Cairo’s oldest and most famous market for tourist and Egyptian alike. After finished, you will be transferred to your hotel to relax.

Early morning, pick up and transfer to Cairo airport for your short flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, pick up to visit Karnak Temple Complex, is the largest religious temple ever built in Egypt. Enjoy walking along the avenue of Sphinxes with Lion’s body and Ram’s head as your Egyptologist tour guide explains how the massive facade was constructed. Enjoy walking through the fantastic avenue of sphinxes, the Great Pylons, the great hypostyle hall with 134 columns, the obelisks, the sanctuary of Philip II arrhidaeus of Macedon, The Akh Menu of Tuthmosis III (1479–1425 BC) and the sacred lake. And then enjoy free time to explore at leisure
Proceed to visit Luxor temple, which was once joined to the Karnak Temple by a three-kilometer long Avenue of Sphinx. The temple entrance is dominated by the still stand statues of the great warrior pharaoh Ramses II, (1290 –1223 BC) along with a pink granite obelisk (its mate stands in the Place de la Concorde in Paris, France). Luxor temple was started by Amenhotep III (1386 to 1349 BC), while other pharaohs like Tutankhamun, Hormohep and Alexander the great added to the Temple’s construction. After finished, enjoy your Lunch at good quality local restaurant and then Transfer to your hotel in Luxor, Check in for one night and free time to relax.

Check out after breakfast and then pick up for your tour to the West bank of the Nile. Start with a photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon where only the remains of the two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III.
Head out to the famous Valley of the Kings, one of the most famous archaeological sites in the world. In 1979, it became a World Heritage Site, along with the rest of the Theban Necropolis. You will visit three tombs of the most famous Pharaohs dates to the New Kingdom (1550 – 1080 BC). Whist here you will have the chance to visit the tomb of Tutankhamun (with its rumors of the curse of the pharaohs).
Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsuit, the impressive temple that’s cut into the mountain cliffs of Deir el Bahri and in perfect alignment with winter solstice sunrise.
After finished, you will be transferred to embark your Dahabiya Nile Cruise at Esna (almost 01.30h dive). The Dahabiya crew will welcome you on board and have your bags taken to your cabins. We will then set sail on your voyage to Aswan. Overnight will be close to El Hegz Island.
Optional: Balloon Flight – Choose to add an optional hot air balloon flight for a fascinating bird’s-eye view of the ancient sites. Additional cost, please book on tour.

Enjoy breakfast at your leisure, while sailing towards Edfu, arrive around noon time. Enjoy horse and carriage ride to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, one of the most well preserved Temple in Egypt. The temple entrance is decorated by two beautiful granite statues of the Falcon headed God Horus. Return to your Dahabiya Nile Cruise and enjoy the fresh open air, the scenery on the spacious sundeck with the open lateen sail the Nile in style at relaxing journey to the temple of Gebel el Silsila. You will be amazed as we tie up alongside the Speos of Horemheb temple at Gebel el Silsila. If possible dinner will be served in the grounds of the illuminated temple or on the Nile Dahabiya upper deck whilst soaking up the tranquil atmosphere with music to match the mood.

Breakfast on board, start to visit the nearby rock-cut temple of Horemheb and the shrines of Gebel el-Silsila “Chain of Mountains”, are the three shrines built by Merenptah, Ramses II and Seti I were constructed during the New Kingdom of ancient Egypt. Then, have a walk to the main quarry has clear masons marks and a group of elaborate private memorial chapels. Several stelae, including a large Stelae of Shoshenq I, mark the northern limit of the quarry. Near the entry to the site is the Speos of Horemheb.
Return to the Nile Dahabiya and enjoy sailing to Kom Ombo. Listen to the sounds of the water buffalo as they wade in the shallow water besides the banks of the Nile, the Donkeys as they go about their day to day business and the various bird life of the river. Upon arrival, we visit to the Greco Roman Temple at Kom Ombo. The temple building is totally symmetrical with two entrance’s two halls and two sanctuaries dedicated to the Falcon God Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and the Crocodile God Sobek. Dinner will be served as we head for a small Island where we will moor for the evening and enjoy dinner at this atmospheric location. Overnight close to the doors of Aswan city

Enjoy the privilege and luxury of days gone by as we sail to Aswan, the gateway to Nubia and the Sudan. Upon arrival, Start to visit the Unfinished Obelisk, commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut (1490 –1468 BC) yet never completed due to a flaw discovered in the stone. If completed, it would have been the largest and heaviest obelisk ever attempted. It would have measured around 42 metres weighing more than 1,090 tonnes (1,200 short tons).
Head out to visit the Aswan High Dam, a rockfill dam built across the Nile River, considered a marvel of engineering when completed in 1970.
Continue to the beautiful Philae Temple complex, originally located on the island of Philae. The temple complex was dismantled and moved to nearby Agilkia Island as part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign project, saving the temples from the raised water after the completion of the high dam in 1970.
After finished, transfer to board your Nile Dahabiya cruise boat in Aswan. You will have lots of time to prepare for our EGYPTIAN EVENING OF FUN, with Egyptian cuisine, Arabic Music.

Disembarkation after breakfast, your luggage will be collected. Then we will transfer you to Aswan airport for a flight to Sharm el Sheikh. On arrival in to Sharm well meet you and transfer to your last hotel where you’ll spend three nights. Catherine’s Monastery is a famous attraction here that shouldn’t be missed, however by this point you may just want to snorkel in the Red Sea and enjoy some time to relax.

Your day is free today to relax on the beach or in the hotel swimming pool. Sunbathe, swim in the crystal waters or enjoy extra tours: Mount Sinai Climb and St Catherine Tour from Sharm el Sheikh or Quad biking in Sinai desert from Sharm El Sheikh.

After breakfast, there are no activities planned for today and you are able to depart your accommodation at any time – check-out (at 12:00pm). You will be transferred to Sharm el Sheikh Airport for your flight from to Cairo to connect with your international departure flight. If you would like to spend some more time in Egypt, we’ll be happy to book additional accommodation for you (subject to availability).
