There is an additional charge for entering into the pyramids of Giza, etc. (Payable on spot). Please speak with your tour guide should you wish to purchase a ticket to enter one of these sites.

Should the Government Tax, Energy (gas, fuel, diesel…etc), Entrance Fees increases, Nile Holiday reserves the right to increase prices and rates accordingly with the same amount without prior notice.

Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent's room).

If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.

We are offering a low down payment of just 10% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, train ticket, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, making your booking a risk-free investment.

It is a customary attitude for expressing one's satisfaction of good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great and if not, you are not obliged to do it.

More than 45 days prior to the day of the tour – No cancellation charge.

Less than 45 days prior to the day of the tour 25% cancellation charge.

Less than 21 days prior to the day of the tour 50% cancellation charge.

Less than 7 days prior to the day of the tour 100% cancellation charge.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
