Day 1: Saturday – Luxor East Bank
Your Nile Holiday tour manager will pick you up from Luxor (Airport, Hotel, Train station) and transfer to embark your Dahabiya Nile Cruise. After lunch onboard the luxuriously Sonesta Amirat Dahabiya Nile Cruise. Start to enjoy an excursion to visit the Karnak temple, the largest religious temple ever constructed in ancient Egypt. Proceed with a visit to the imposing Luxor Temple, another Ancient Egyptian temple complex located in the city center on the east bank of the River Nile. Return to the Dahabiya and dinner onboard. Day 2: Sunday – Luxor West Bank
Breakfast onboard, then start to visit the West Bank of the River Nile. Visit the Valley of the Kings “3 tombs”, the burial place of the Pharaohs of the New Kingdom of ancient Egypt. Continue to the adjacent Hatshepsuit temple, and then the temple of Ramses III at Medinet Habu. Later on, enjoy a photo stop by the two Colossi of Memnon. Sail on the way to Esna (noon time). Day 3: Monday – Sailing to Edfu
Today you will enjoy a leisurely day of sailing to Edfu, there is plenty of time to enjoy sailing the scenery or to catch up with your fellow passengers. Overnight onboard your Dahabiya moored beside a Nile Island in Edfu.

Day 4: Tuesday – Edfu
Enjoy breakfast while sailing to Edfu. Start to visit the Temple of Edfu, consider the best preserved Temple in Egypt. The temple was built in the Ptolemaic Kingdom between 237 and 57 BC. Then sail the Nile towards Aswan. Overnight onboard your Dahabiya moored beside a Nile island.

Day 5: Wednesday – Kom Ombo
Today you will sail to Kom Ombo to see the twin Temple dedicated to the Crocodile God Sobek and the Falcon God Haroeris (Horus the Elder).

Day 6: Thursday – Sailing to Aswan
Today you will enjoy a leisurely day of sailing to Aswan, Egypt’s most southern city.

Day 7: Friday – Aswan sightseeing
Today you will visit the Aswan high dam, a rock-fill dam built across the River Nile in Aswan between 1960- 1970. You will also visit the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. The temple complex was moved to the nearby Agilkia Island as part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign project, before the 1970 completion of the Aswan High Dam.

Day 8: Saturday – Disembarkation
Disembarkation after breakfast and transfer to Aswan airport or next destination
