Day 1: Arrival in Luxor – Luxor Sightseeing – Embarkation at Esna
Upon arrival in Luxor (Airport / Hotel / Train Station), our representative will meet and assist you, then start your sightseeing tour of Luxor.
Begin with a visit to Karnak Temple, the largest and most significant religious complex ever constructed in ancient Egypt. Its vast hypostyle hall, towering columns, and sacred lake will leave you in awe.
Next, cross to the West Bank of the Nile to explore the Valley of the Kings, where you will visit three of the most remarkable royal tombs carved deep into the desert rock. Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, a masterpiece of ancient architecture built into the cliffs, and stop by the Colossi of Memnon, two impressive statues that once guarded the entrance to a magnificent temple.
After the tour, drive approximately one hour south to Esna, where you will embark on your elegant Dahabiya Nile Cruise. Upon boarding, the crew will warmly welcome you with refreshments and assist you with your luggage.
As the boat sets sail toward El Hegz Island, enjoy a relaxing evening on the sundeck with dinner served under the stars or on the tranquil riverbank.

Day 2: El Hegz – Edfu – Ramadi
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast while your Dahabiya sails gently along the Nile toward Edfu. Upon arrival around midday, take a horse-drawn carriage to visit the magnificent Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus.
Return to your Dahabiya for lunch onboard as you continue sailing through the beautiful Nile Valley. Relax and take in the scenic views of traditional village life — fishermen casting their nets, farmers tending to sugarcane fields, and palm trees lining the riverbanks.
By sunset, the Dahabiya will anchor near Ramadi Island, where you will enjoy a delicious dinner surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the river and nature.

Day 3: Ramadi – Bisaw – Gebel El Silsila – Kom Ombo
Start your morning sailing toward Gebel El Silsila, enjoying breakfast on deck as you pass through one of the most scenic stretches of the Nile.
Disembark to explore the ancient sandstone quarries where Pharaohs once extracted stone for their temples. Visit the Rock-Cut Temple of Pharaoh Horemheb and climb to the top for a panoramic view of the Nile.
Return to your Dahabiya and continue sailing south toward Kom Ombo. Along the way, watch the daily life of riverbank communities and listen to the sounds of buffalo, donkeys, and native birdlife.
Upon arrival, visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, uniquely dedicated to two deities: Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and Sobek (the Crocodile God). This temple is famous for its perfectly symmetrical design with twin entrances and sanctuaries.
Enjoy lunch onboard and continue sailing toward Aswan. The Dahabiya will anchor near Al Bashir Island for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Sailing to Aswan – Aswan Sightseeing
After breakfast onboard, begin your Aswan sightseeing tour.
Visit the Unfinished Obelisk in the ancient granite quarries to see how massive monuments were carved from solid rock. Continue to the impressive High Dam, a modern engineering marvel that controls the Nile’s annual floods and provides hydroelectric power to Egypt.
End your tour with a short motorboat ride to Philae Temple, a stunning sanctuary dedicated to the goddess Isis, beautifully relocated to Agilkia Island after the construction of the High Dam.
Return to your Dahabiya for lunch and enjoy a relaxing evening as you savor your final dinner onboard.

Day 5: Disembarkation in Aswan – Optional Excursion to Abu Simbel
After breakfast, disembark your Dahabiya. We will transfer you to your next destination in Aswan (Hotel, Airport, or Train Station) at your convenience.
Optional Excursion: You may choose to visit the world-famous Abu Simbel Temples, either by road or by air. These twin temples, built by Ramses II, are among the most spectacular monuments in Egypt.
